About the subframe bolts, the guide says 6 bolts, but I found 2x 16mm bolts and 3x 18mm bolts each side, which sums 10 bolts total. Am I misunderstanding?

The subframe thing just depends on what you call a subframe bolt vs the reinforcement plate bolt. But it doesn't matter
