Yup - try removing your tune and go back to 241E. If that helps, then another test is put the tune back in and get yourself some E85 and throw that in the tank. If you do not get noise with a tune and E85, it is a timing issue.

Also, if you can find someone with a "knock-box" type device, you can see if it is knock really quickly. And FYI, there is a handy place on the bottom of the block near the crank pully to mount the sensor - it is a bit of a pain because you have to take off the big skid plate but I could not find any other easy spot to install the sensor.

As for the tune options, Alex gave me a "winter" tune that seems to be WAY better but still put down 382.7HP on the dyno.
