I have done all 2019 on 3.62 and DCT with GTS software. Not only I did my best lap time this year, I had no issues shifting up or down once the car adapted to 3.62. Fabulous mode.
The only side effect is driving to and from the track I go a bit slower as I don't want to be on the highway higher than 3000-3200 RPM.
I would not do it if this is your daily or only car.
