For Canadian shipments, we typically do take 4-5 days after we receive payment to ship out the bearings and bolts since we prefer to ship out orders in bulk shipments. I hope you understand I do appreciate what you are doing for us Canadians and that is why you have my business (& many other Canadian customers).

However the point I think you are missing is that there was clearly a communication lapse after the passing of your promised ship date (Customer had already long made the timely payment SEPT/07 to secure the SEPT/12 ship date as promised).

As a customer it would had been perfectly fine if there was in fact any sort of communication from the vendor that the promised date of SEPT/12 was a no go and that "x" more days was needed due to whatever reasons. But instead there were no attempts of reaching out to the customer and no answering of any PMs 5 days after the promised ship date and 10 days after payment had been sent.

I hope you understand how that frustrates your customers. At the end of the day, thanks for your services to us Canadians and I hope that future customers can have a better experience than myself.
