Thanks for your answers. About these two points: do you have JoyeAuto? If so, NBT or CIC? How does your steering wheel look like?
Because on this video (and by speaking to Joy customer support rep) they clearly publicise the steering wheel controls to be working for navigation/invoking Siri:
