Stock power and weight wise yes but with above mods in place too. Camber is the best mod on this car (bang for buck laptime wise).
Stock car with camber plates and Hoosier R7/A7 possibly but with standard NT01/RA1 variety I'd be curious, but then I am a little conservative too.

Well, I am running my street legal m3 with Ohlins R&T, ground control c. plates and ess vt1-550 SCer under 2:04 consistently on R7 tires, but stock car even with c.plates and NT-01 tires is not capable to brake 2:10 at the glen.
