Coming back as a "throttle return springs Test bank 2" error. I replaced both TAs four days ago with rebuilds from Jason in the UK

The original errors with with Bank 2 as well, but replaced both and cleared codes and all was well until this morning. Getting the above error, and limp mode.

Some research seems to suggest that throttle position sensors on the rail may be an issue? Can anyone help point me in the right direction.

Could the rebuild TA be bad? Or am l looking at something else. Car is all buttoned back up again, so want to get a solid plan before i take everything back apart.
