My opinion is that I would not put a 295 on a 10" wide wheel. I would rather have a 265 on a 10". I have 285's on my 10" front wheel and that already seems too wide. Wider wheels relative to a given tire size will provide better tire sidewall support and performance (as long as not stretched beyond recommended rim width). I will be experimenting with 10.5" front wheels very soon if I continue to run 285's in front.
