I must give my compliments to both deansbimmer and Turner for offering these solutions. To those in this thread with the new covers installed I have a question--have you noticed any change in wind-noise? The factory pieces extend downward immediately (nearly) in-front of the front wheels, likely helping to direct air-flow out and away from the front-facing side of the tires.
