I just emailed ESS out of curiosity to see if they would provide a tune for a 94mm pulley. I suspect the answer in no as they would require the 7-rib belt system in order to provide the 650 tune, but we'll see what they say. Here's the thread I mentioned:

I think Longboarder pretty clearly debunked the benefits of meth on an intercooled system, or am I missing something?

Problem with your thought process. ESS will not tune any injectors larger than the blue injectors. Not sure what history are quoting as a number of cars that have been running for years are using tunes out side of ess.
longer boarder didn't debunk anything there are quite a number of others who have successfully made power after adding meth one to include 1sickm3 who made more than longer boarder as was one of the 1/4 mile record holders in a e9xm3. how you spay meth is what matters. If you are using water meth to bring down iats and you spray before the intercooler you wont' be doing anything it needs to be sprayed after the intercooler. If you are spray meth for octane you will see the increase and your car will continue to hit it's timing targets even in high heat.
Lastly ess is the only place you can even get a 94mm pulley from. so why you think they wouldn't tune their own product is quite confusing to say the least.
