I asked Regular Guy, the person responsible for the dyno database, and this is what he responded:

Make sure to capture RPM (attach to spark wires on passenger side, #1 cylinder), use 4th gear, and capture boost on the dyno if you can.

this was for a dct car, so the 6 spd may vary.
I would request the operator to give you as much information as possible and the electronic files as well as the printed out report.

on the bypass valve vacuum line, tap into there for boost reading.
