The mark-up generates attention. The will lower it when they really want to move it. As for right now, it doesn't look like they care. I guess I'm old fashioned, but we used to do it by placing a "Not For Sale" tag on it. The difference is that market value says that it IS for sale if the profit level is attractive enough. They definitely care about selling it, even right this minute
