This. Delete the primary cats and for a small upgrade cost you can have Dinan upgrade your tune. You will gain another 20-25 wheel over your stage 1 on cats.
The pulley is nice and you will get a minor up in power but it's not as transformative as test pipes. Test pipes is more power and sound.
