on-track in 90 degree temps, my manual will run about or just over the 3rd hash (I think that's 255 or ? around there degrees) after a few laps, and not really get significantly warmer than that.
not sure how you're finding enough open road to do that on the street, but that's not an unreasonable oil temp if you're using a non-junk oil. if you're not going into a reduced performance mode, you're alright.
