How wide can one go with a stock zcp e92 m3 with an 18x10 wheel? Would a fz201 285/30/18 or 265/35/17 fit better?

The 285 runs closer to a 295 or 305 - my track car is an e82 and my E90 is my DD so I've never tried anything too aggressive on that car.
I think the 285 would be a better fit but might cause rubbing?
I should be able to get 285s right now but I think the 265s are on back order from Federal now
