I think DLSJ5 came up with a fuel pump solution that he used on his built motor high boost ESS car and that others with VT3 kits have used it also. Gintani may also make a fuel pump kit. Its not as simple as just dropping a bigger pump in the tank, but I don't know the details. I am not sure you can do 8 psi on E85 with the stock pump so look into that first.
