The supercharger increased my confidence overall, because I can now really push ahead in street situations without pushing the car to max rpms. I would agree that you cannot really use all the power in every situation on the street for fear of arrest or loss of traction;-), but the beauty of these kits is they don't really change the drivability. You can take it easy and it drives like stock or mash it and you have a race car. When you mash on the throttle when the RPMs are above 4k on the Harrop, you can spin the tires, even in 4th gear on the freeway. You have to take this into account and apply power accordingly.

I love my harrop kit, and encourage others who are on the fence to go for it!! I waited for 5 years to do it, and considered just selling and getting something different. Im glad I didnt, as the addition of the SC made it like a whole new car with the comfort of something very familiar. Now shes even more fast, loud and a real head turner around town.
