Twin turbo charging a S65 is like turboing a GT3. The engine has so much volumetric efficiency that as long as you're bolting on reasonably sized turbos, it'll move enough air that you won't even have a chance to look at your watch and check how long it takes for boost to build. Another example would be a stock motor TT-Gallardo. Twin 6266s and it hits peak TQ at 5k RPMs, carries the power out all the way to 8k.
