Is the p3 unplugged and still interrupting? on a similar p3 note, do you think it is reads and store codes that the ecu doesn't detect?

The P3 can only read faults detected by the DME.
The DME can store shadow codes that the P3 will not pick up.
It does not interrupt when disconnected, so for the time being I pulled the controller module out behind the vent. Waiting for this other chip to show up. Very hard to find injector latency data on these injectors, so I am digging through the factory Porsche 997 twin turbo data to find it since it uses similar injectors.
