I think that's a bit high, does it stay at that temp or does it slowly creep upwards?
Usually mine stays a hair below 210 but in the summer in LA gridlock traffic it'll climb maybe 1-2mm past 210. Never had mine go as high as yours unless I'm hammering the car.
