Oil is repeatedly exposed to temperatures above 300F in your engine...do you really think that it sitting in a warehouse that's 90 degrees will be a problem? Or in a FedEx truck parked overnight during the winter? Of course not. This is not a perishable food item.
Use the oil and worry about more important things. :-)

I contacted ECS and they represented that the oil was stored in a climate controlled warehouse. I am not so concerned about the oil itself but more the packaging material (container and seal) lasting over extended periods of time in fluctuating environments. For instance, here in Florida some sealing materials just don't last very long in the heat/humidity, and who knows what happens to plastic containers over the course of prolonged exposure to both the heat and the oil. All in all, I'll use the oil and not worry about it - maybe I should worry about my rod bearings instead (just kidding).
