I do find that if one lifts off the throttle at higher revs it does jerk a bit but I think that's probably normal (please let me know if it's not).
I also have the issue with the front tire rubbing on the driver's side (actually passenger side over herein the UK). It's worse with winter tires which have chunkier tread and it even started tearing through the plastic arch liner. Not sure whether anything can be done because, as stated above, the ESS air intake pushes out the arch liner a bit further.

If its jerking as you let off the throttle then engine breaking could be kicking in to quick/throttle to senistive. Which is common complaint with ESS tune, you can have them quickly change it.
