It's still probably fine. Tons of people keep the spare quart in the trunk that has probably been sitting open for a year or two.
Worst case, it has a minuscule amount of moisture in it, and you'll burn that off after the car comes up to temperature.
Would I use a bottle that has been sitting open in a damp attic for 20 years? No.
