Low (relative) cylinder pressures at combustion, increased (also relative due to low cylinder pressure) blow by during compression stroke, additional fuel. Fuel goes right by the rings to some degree.

I've seen several people with this option in their tune report similar UOA results with different tuning vendors.

Of concern to me would be the nature of an Alusil cylinder bore's design and to retain an oil film for ring lubrication and the effects on ring/bore wear.

A tuning company claiming "perfectly safe" and backing it up with data and warranty are different things.
