So they're recalling 1.4+ million cars to correct this issue and BMW is fighting a class action lawsuit for 65,965 E9X M3s when we've had documented rod bearing failures in which engines have seized and almost caused a crash. I guess BMW is waiting for someone to actually crash or die before they finally do something about the issue.....?
