its more that the vibration intensifies like three fold in that 2-3k rpm range. The interior trim obviously rattles a little more when I'm in that range as well but there are no other obvious sounds or rattles so it may just be the stiffer mounts like you pointed out. Mainly just that the whole car vibrates intensely. Maybe it will work itself out or it just has to do with harmonics and I haven't noticed it until this point but I wanted to the pick the brains of you guys who may have dealt with a similar situation before.
