So I bought the car with the above mods about a year ago. As much as I LOVE the exhaust's sound above 3k rpm, it's really too loud/droney (I think the drone can be a bit subjective) under 3k rpm, especially when I'm driving out of my neighbourhood at 15-25mph (and doubly so when I have to go to the airport almost every Monday at about 6am!)

What are people's thoughts on:
1. Keeping the x-pipe but adding some:
a) resonators
b) High Flow Cats
2. Switching out the AA x-pipe and putting the OEM x-pipe back with test pipes

If option 1, suggestions for particular brands/part numbers would be much appreciated.

I have in my garage an oem x-pipe which has already been cut, the OEM Cats, and some MS test pipes. I can't decide whether to use those or do something else with the AA x-pipe.

Thanks in advance!
I have AA muffler and stock pipes and rode in a full AA system and the low rpm drone was similar.
