One more thing is during idle I realize that my oil temp would be creeping up during idle up to 112 degree Celsius but when I floor the throttle the temps goes down to normal I have a ess 625 supercharger kit on.
Don't know if there are any links between this and the knock sound but this are my two problems I'm facing now. I'm reading oil temp thru my awron. Water temp is fine at 93c
