Thanks for the input fellas. Here's my game plan;

1.) Set up appt at BMW dealer, share the videos and get a diagnosis. I'm not too excited about paying $175 diagnosis fee with the car 400 miles out of warranty and having just spent a month in their shop, but it's worth some piece of mind.

2.) Also take it by my local Indy, he is certified BMW tech and knows M-cars, and have him take a listen.

3.) Third opinion won't hurt. There's a local shop that's very reputable on here and has a lot of experience with S65 bearings, taking it by there tomorrow.

In the meantime, I'm not going to stop driving it. FWIW, I flogged it pretty hard last night and the noise was much quieter, barely noticeable when I got home and listened in the garage. Temp was cooler, that seems to be a determining factor with this. I will post updates as soon as I find out.
