The noise is caused by the deflection pulley that sits beneath/to the right of the oil filter housing. You need to replace the pulley. It is a pretty simple DIY. You just need to pull the radiator fan out, release tension on the belt, then unbolt old/rebolt new pulley. I had the same issue a few weeks ago (identical sound and placement) and this fixed it. If you have a mechanics stethoscope, you can verify by touching near the pulley...but be careful of the moving belts when you do.
