Same here, the foreman had my car for half a week and did nothing beyond OBD re-programming. If there is no code they feel exempt to do anything more.
The reason i am not fixing it myself is I don't have the time nor access to the minimum car connectivity software tools required for the job. Compared to the engineering expertise I do in my own work, diagnosing the EDC module is a joke. Which makes it the more frustrating for me to have to rely on mildly incompetent BMW people for fixing my car.
