Plugs are a completely separate job. No need to drain any PS fluid. No need to change pulleys or tensioners unless high mileage (I left mine alone when I did bearings at 60k). I did not touch my oil cooler. I did change two oil pump o-rings within pan.
Everything else on list is ok.
