Like i said the dealership could be wrong. Its not like you can just walk into a dealership and say a magic word like Magnuson Moss act. Stuff like this can easily be dragged into court.
Lets also not forget a cat delete is a federal crime.
So the OP has a illegal street driven tuned car trying to get warranty work.... best of luck.
