I haven't had a chance to check but I'd guess they're using .035 wall or some close metric equivalent to get the extra weight out. Really had me fooled. Industry standard for most header manufacturers is .049. Our 50 State legal shorties for Gen 5 Camaro's is .065. Ironically most buy them to hang twin turbo's off of them.
