According to the faults you posted a picture of, they are all for: Cylinder # Injector Circuit High, Low, or Circuit/Open. If you read it with a generic scanner and provide the P code, I can tell you which one of the three it is.
The repair instructions for this indicate:
1. Check plug and wiring harness on injection valve
2. Check valve, replace as indicated
Since it's for all of them, I would venture to say it's a wiring issue common to all of the injectors, or a faulty DME.
