Splitter does not come pre-drilled. You have remove bumper, line up splitter and drill your own holes. However, slotting holes with a dremel would be a good idea if you want that adjustability. I used clamps to hold splitter and bumper together while I marked and drilled holes.

Can you mount the adjuster rods behind the mesh somewhere instead on the bumper?
