From what I can tell from the video it looks like the pulley is just fine and the belt is giving the perception that it's wobbling. Try watching the video and holding your hand over the belt. Just focus on the outer lip of the pulley and it doesn't appear to wobble. In cases like this the belt is usually fine and the letters stamped on it might be a little off center giving the appearance of wobble as they pass by.
