You don't need to do things 2x in these instances you mentioned. I put my coilovers on with 19's and the drop is still perfect with 18s. I've also been through many exhaust setups. You can change the x pipe without touching the rear section. Your last sentiment rings true. You have a limited time on this earth. Enjoy your car parts now!! For we may not have several years to wait
