Have you thought about leaving stock lines in place? Will they fit ST calipers?
I had aftermarket lines on my e46m3 a few years ago, and they didnt really do anything, the pedal felt the same, but i remember i had to bleed my brakes so many times to get rid of air bubbles they introduced in the system.
I really think stock lines are more than ok and if i get bbk, i might leave stock lines in place.
