well i decided to try on the set of bimmerworld CF plates i had laying around...im just going to run the hose directly to them. but i found out the plates need to be sanded down on some sort of table sander as they rub on the inside of the rotors...you would think for 400$ he would fit...now i need to find a place that has a table sander...

I was just about to say don't buy the bw cf backing plates. Not on my car but have seen them up close and personal with a ST60. You have to nearly cut the entire lip off.....therefore there is little space for air flow. A friend ran them for one year and is now trying without any backing plates.
