Well SC kit makes more power/Cheaper, BUT adding a stroker kit is cool for 2 reasons, 1st it would be a fast NA engine, 2nd you can take care of the bearing clearance issues as with a SC kit you would still have the issue that could cause engine failure.
Ultimate set up would be SC stroker, or at least Stronger Rods, LC pistons, Crank grinding, and then SCed.
