The MRF Velaforza (catless X + mufflers) gave their N/A 6MT shop car +25 HP/TQ on the dyno with just switching from the stock exhaust. With just the exhaust and OE tune, that car made over 400 RWHP on the dyno. And I've been in that car, which surprised the hell out of me. Waaaaaay faster than when my DCT M3 car was stock (365 RWHP).

I personally have seen 18-21rwhp with just the Turner Test Pipes. Is the MRF or catless setups worth more sure, but you are on the low end IMHO, respectfully..
