then care to explain why a 9000rpm 458 Italia calls for 5W40?

PU 5W40 and M1 0W40 has similar HTHS rating, which means when all hell breaks loose inside the V8, the oil film will not shear, and will prevent metal to metal contact.

Do you honest believe Torco can offer a better base stock than say Mobil/Exxon?
