Videos and data logging are useful and help you gain a few tenths here and there, but there's nothing like the low-tech methods for gaining whole seconds quickly.
I agree. Following is the best. but they can't be tooo fast

At Big Willow, I couldn't even stay behind wwjd for more than a turn or 2. He was too damn fast...
