I hate to be a necro-poster and dig this up, but I figured it may be better than an all new post.
I just called down to Fields BMW in Winter Park to request Brian Menihan as my SA for my 1200 Mile Break-In Service. Unfortunately Brian is now the service manager across the street at the Mini dealership. He did however recommend Richard Gaffney as my SA and even mentioned to request Nick Trapp as my technician.
Hopefully this helps anyone looking for an SA in Orlando in the future!
