I actually bought mine at my dealer (Budds BMW), I am not sure they were cheap, cant remember off the top of my head but thought around $500

I will check my tool bag tomorrow - cant remember - 7mm maybe, since I use it all the time I have it set aside and never look at the size. The rears are just friction pins.
