Once again I call Securus Technologies and once again they ask me to wait 10, 5, 3 minutes, and then they ask me to call back in 30 minutes and so on six times. They think we have a lot of time here and we have nowhere to hurry.

I like that you don't lose your sense of humor. Once I was a client of Securus Technologies, but this is in the past, and just like you, I could not get through to the employees of this company if there was a need for it. And this was repeated very often, until knowledgeable people suggested to me that it was better to communicate with them in securus technologies customer service, which I then did and I advise you.
