I have few questions.

Whenever I drive my car over 200 KM the hood pushes itself upwards is it normal?
When I bought my car 2 years ago it used too touch 315 KM nicely and smoothly, but now it just touches 310 KM anyone knows why?
Yesterday was driving 300KM plus for 2 hours continuously, the rear diffuser and the plastic strip on the edge of the roof just took off, I thought the car is made for such speeds.
