I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the upgraded sway bars so I guess I'll just live with it for now.

Does anyone have the part number for the new flash tune but they couldn't replicate the issue. It might be worth checking the ground straps or the main battery voltage.

I took it to the dealer and they said the iDrive 8.5 system but they couldn't replicate the issue. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
