Anyone on here ever run jet fuel in their diesel?

Hi Everyone, I am a long time diesel fan as the name implies, first BMW. Was looking at newer VW TDI's, but they don't have their shit together so I ended up with a 328d.

This all started when I got rid of my old Golf TDI. Ended up driving the wife's car (Escape) more when we were together and decided that a more fun and more economical car would be a good move. The mileage of the 328d is fantastic, and my wife even appreciates the handling!

For now I am even content with the performance, so I am just doing some coding and maintenance.

Kawbowkev, I used to work in City of Phoenix Fleet Maintenance and there was a time that we tried Jet A in our diesel fleet. This was before ULSD and we were doing it to measure emissions reduction. Most of the manufacturers told us that the lack of lubricity would be a problem.

Did not last too long as the cost/benefit was not there. I imagine that today with all the airlines cut back that there may be some cheap jet fuel on the market?
